There are many expressions you can say to show admiration:
* Wow,that’s marvelous!
* Terrific!
* Oh,lovely!
* That’s really fantastic,sir/ma’am.

* If I may say,that’s really brilliant,sir/ma’am.
* Oh.. Smashing

* It’s really something
* Ah.. Really wonderfull
* That’s incredible
* It’s really absolulery

1.What/a/an + adjective + noun(plural)
Ex: 1.What big houses they are!
       2.What a beautiful girl she is!

2.What+adjective+noun(plural)
Ex: 1.What big houses they are!
       2.What smart boys!

3.How+adjective
Ex: 1.How large it is
       2.How shallow
